Pumpkin Bread

3 1/2 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
1/4 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c. water

combine dry ingredients with moist ingredients, mix well. Bake in 2 9x5x3 loaf pans at 350 degrees for 70 min., or until done. Cool before wrapping.
